For Quad Autorex workshop we designed, produced and realized entirely in our headquarter and production factory in Brescello (Re) a tailor made configuration complete with 2 working islands, centrally combined with an equipped area. Thanks to 2 one-door cabinets and a front oil distribution module with 2 reels and digital liter counters, it is possible to supply 2 workstations at the same time, optimizing the operating space and the mechanics' job.
The configuration is equipped with a 2-compartment trash module for recycling, drawers cabinets 1200 mm length with drawers capacity up to 300 kg and cabinets 1600 mm and 800 mm length with shelf and aluminum roller shutter for a bigger storage space. LV8® cabinets with aluminum roller shutter offer important benefits: no doors obstructing the way when open but unlimited free of movement for a total ergonomic and comfortable space. All tools are well-placed and on hand to optimize the maintenance time on vehicles and work in complete safety.
